THE PROCESS
01. The Consultation
You reached out and now it's time to see if we will be a good match! After we send you our wedding guide we will schedule a phone call to go over any additional questions you may have. Once we find the package that best fits you and you are ready to book, we will send over an invoice and contract to reserve your day.
02. The Engagement Session
This is where we get to meet! We will help guide you through this process. From finding a location that tells your story, to outfits (We have a client wardrobe full of dress options!). You can make your session personal by bringing props like your favorite wine or champagne. We are dog lovers, so bring your pup if you'd like!
03. Wedding Day
It's the big day! We like to come at the time you are getting ready. These are the moments before you say your vows and enter a new stage in your life. The giddiness and anticipation of getting married is so evident during this time. Moments big or small, we are here to capture them all!
04. Gallery
Within a week after your wedding day, we will send you a sneak peak gallery! We strive to send your full gallery within 4 weeks, but depending on the season it can take longer. Once you receive your full wedding gallery, you can share the gallery with friends and family, download your images, and order prints!
05. Print & Product Selection
During this process you will select the images and artwork to display in your home. We'll choose your images for your fine art album. We use museum grade albums and prints to preserve your memories.
WEDDING DAY TIPS
Gather all your details before the day starts so we can photograph them quickly! This makes the getting-ready portion of the day go by much more smoothly, and it allows us to spend more time focusing on the spontaneous moments when everyone is together.
Here is a list to jog some ideas: rings, jewelry, hair pieces, flowers, shoes, perfume/cologne, cuff links, vows, letters, gifts, cultural items, invitations, programs, tie, and any unique items you’ve put thought into!
LITTLE DETAILS COUNT
Some of our couples favorite images from their wedding day end up being the detail shots that are taken throughout the day. Details help tie everything together and tell the story of behind-the-scenes moments.
Think about getting a wooden hanger for your dress. They photograph well and are great keepsakes for years to come.
WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR OUR WEDDING?
Yes, absolutely! A travel cost will be provided depending on the location of the wedding.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. Insurance is a must because accidents can happen! We make sure that we have equipment and liability insurance, so that way we can quickly replace any equipment before our next shoot! We have insurance through the Hartford Insurance Agency, and a copy can be provided for your venue.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use all professional equipment and mirrorless cameras. We always carry the Sony A7R lll, 50 mm lens, 85 mm lens, & the 35 mm lens, among other items. All of our cameras and lenses have a backup in the rare event that anything should happen to one of our pieces. We also shoot on two cards for extra backup!
